Location

Car

Head north to Keelung via Sun Yat-Sen Expressway. After exiting from Daye Tunnel, drive along inner lines to avoid outer port ramp. After 30m, turn right to enter exiting ramp marked as ‘Yilan, Coast Expressway’ and ‘National Taiwan Ocean University’. Go straight after exiting from ramp along 6, 7 traffic lights along Zhongzheng Road by port. Turn right at United Cinema into Hsiangfeng Street. Continue straight for 2km, passing by Zhengbin Elementary School and National Keelung Maritime Vocational High School. Turn right from 3-way intersection into Beining Road (start of Coast Expressway). Go straight for 1km to reach Coast Gate of the University.

Bus

Take Keelung Bus [791], [1051], [R66 Round Ocean University] and get off at Ocean University (gymnasium).
Take Kuo-Kuang Bus [1800B] ‘Keelung to Zhonglun’ to reach Ocean University directly.

Keelung City Bus

At Keelung City Bus Terminal 500m from Jiunan Exit of Keelung Train Station, take 103, 104, 108, 802 to reach Ocean University. Current bus fare is: Full fare of NT$15.
Take Keelung Bus High-Speed Route [R66] ‘Qidu Train Station to National Museum of Marine Science and Technology’ to reach Ocean University directly.

Timed Keelung City Bus shuttle services at fixed locations:
Keelung Train Station (Bus Terminal) 7:50 a.m., 8:35 a.m. - 2 buses to the University’s Administration Building
The University’s Administration Building 17:10 p.m. to Keelung Train Station (Bus Terminal)

Taxi fare from Keelung Train Station to Ocean University shall be around NT$180.

Train

Take any train to Keelung (do not take North-link Line Train as it does not stop at Keelung). After arriving at Keelung station, you may choose to take taxi or City Bus to Ocean University.
